Nick Brown, CSO Nick has over 20 years of experience in architecting, developing, and maintaining real-time financial network solutions for national and international corporations, including VISA International and Bank of America. Since 2002, Nick has been an entrepreneur and corporate advisor, taking on the roles of CTO and Chief Architect. His advisory has focused on innovative growth and structural planning for young technology-oriented companies. Nick is well versed in I.P protection and is a named inventor on multiple patent applications. He has also been involved in developing national and international standards for data security in the financial services industry. Bruce Berkoff, Advisor Bruce is the Chairman of the LCD TV Association, a global not-for-profit marketing trade association dedicated to “informing, promoting, improving and connecting” the entire LCD TV supply chain. Bruce has been the CMO for LG.Philips LCD, the CEO of a video processing start-up, and general manager of Philips Flat Display Systems software and electronics business unit. Bruce is a visionary speaker and author in the display and electronics industry. He has display related patents in the USA and China. Mr. Berkoff has sat on the boards of at least five publicly traded companies, currently on the boards of LG Display, and Unipixel. Chris Chen, Chief Architect Chris is the principle architect and founder of Chen Architecture Design and Development. He recieved his Bachelors of Arts in Architecture with a minor in City Planning from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Masters of Architecture from Columbia University. As an adjunct professor at the New York Institute of Technology, and as visiting critic at Columbia University and the Pratt Institute, Chris is committed to furthering the field and passionate about new ideas. He is an active member of the American Institute of Architects and the Architectural League of New York and likes to spend his free time serving with several community-building projects such as Open House New York and Rebuilding Together. Chris brings experience from his work with a number of design firms in Japan, California and New York. | | Tony Wolf, COO Tony is an IT professional with over 15 years experience in the Wireless Communications Industry, He currently heads Rewired Consulting. He is a former Senior Vice President and CIO for NextWave Wireless. Prior to joining NextWave, Tony was Senior Vice President of International Technology for DIRECTV, where he launched DIRECTV Japan, and various DIRECTV operations throughout Latin America. During this time, he was also on the Technical Advisory Committee guiding the launch of XM Satellite Radio. Prior to Joining DIRECTV, Mr. Wolf was head of IT for LA Cellular, supporting all aspects of wireless support systems. He successfully built up a CPA practice and sold it and is now focusing 100% of his efforts on real estate. John’s specialty is raising private funds for real estate investments and is partnering with others in the purchase of commercial properties. He specializes in distressed commercial properties, where better management and improved infrastructure would dramatically increase the commercial property’s performance. He has a keen mind for financial analysis and due diligence from his accounting, financial, and economics background. He has served as a Cost Engineer on Saudi Arabian construction projects, Controllership of International and U.S. Government managed projects, Financial Planning, Individual, Corporate, Fiduciary, Partnership, Trust and Estate Financial Statement and Income Tax Preparation, Auditing, General Management of Small Businesses, Marketing and Account Management in High Tech Industries. Thomas W. Jackson, CMO/Advisor Tom is a marketing executive with over 25 years experience successfully identifying and penetrating emerging market opportunities in software, digital imaging, wireless, email, home computers, online marketing and communications. He served as CEO in four high-tech startups, including Nameboy and iMove. He has held senior marketing and sales positions at Intel, Fujitsu, the AMA and CompuServe. At Intel, he founded the wireless communication business unit from scratch. He then ran marketing for the Intel Mobile and Home Computing Laboratory. Andrew Roundtree, CFO Andy is the former CFO for Disney Europe, overseeing the development of the park outside of Paris, France. For the following ten years he was the CFO of the California Angels Baseball Club and for and for the Anahiem Mighty Ducks Hockey Club. Currently Andy is Executive Controller for JF Shea Homes. | |
